Can it confirm appointments automatically?

No. The intended first version captures appointment requests and preferred times. The business confirms actual availability.

Can it make up prices or discounts?

No. It is being designed to use approved business information and request owner confirmation when information is missing, changing or variable.

What happens when it cannot answer?
