How brochure and waitlist information is handled

This brochure does not ask you to create an account. The optional Early Bird application is hosted through Google Forms and is used to contact you about product research, demonstrations, Early Access and possible pilot participation.
1. What this brochure collects
The brochure itself does not store form responses or require login. The calculator and fit checker run locally in your browser and their values are not sent to ReachFrontDesk by this static site.
If privacy-preserving website analytics are enabled by the site operator, aggregate information such as page visits, device type, referral source and broad geography may be processed to understand brochure performance. The site should not use advertising cookies by default.
2. Early Bird application information
The Early Bird application is hosted using Google Forms. The form may collect details such as owner name, business name, business category, city/locality, enquiry channels, response challenges, WhatsApp number, business link and your product feedback.
3. Why the information is used
- To assess interest in ReachFrontDesk and understand real enquiry-handling problems.
- To contact applicants about product research, demonstrations, Early Access and possible pilot participation.
- To prioritise product workflows and business categories.
- To maintain a record of consent and communication preferences.
4. What joining does not mean
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee pilot selection, product availability, any particular feature, pricing, discounts, business results or recovery of lost revenue. It does not create a purchase obligation.
5. Sharing and service providers
Your application information is not intended to be sold or shared with unrelated businesses for their marketing. Google provides the form-hosting service and may process information under its own terms and privacy policies. Hosting and analytics providers may process limited technical information required to deliver and secure this brochure.
6. Retention, correction and removal requests
Waitlist information should be retained only as long as needed for product research, Early Access and pilot communication, subject to legal or operational requirements. You may request correction or removal by contacting ReachFrontDesk through the official Instagram account linked below.
